About me

Hola!
I am Jonatan
UX leader and psychologist in the making
With over a decade of experience in UX, I’ve developed a passion for understanding human behavior and creating meaningful impact. Currently, I’m a Product Design Manager, leading teams to bridge the gap between business goals and user needs. In parallel, I’m pursuing a degree in psychology, driven by the same core interest: understanding how people think, behave, and interact.
My management philosophy is rooted in open, transparent communication, strategic thinking, and a people-centered approach. I don’t believe in adhering strictly to any single methodology but instead draw inspiration from various frameworks to create tailored processes that fit the needs of both the team and the product.
As a manager, I see myself as a facilitator. Someone who creates the conditions for success by ensuring that designers have what they need to thrive. From providing the right tools and efficient workflows to aligning projects with meaningful goals, my role is to enable my team to achieve their full potential.
While my primary focus remains on design management, psychology enriches my approach to leadership, helping me better understand and support the people I work with. My goal is to continue creating environments where great design can happen, always with an eye on the human element at the heart of both design and leadership.
