Selected work
A five-day design sprint using Dovetail AI, Gemini, and Claude Code to build a functional vision prototype of hospitality's next commercial paradigm. The resulting concepts became a reference point across product teams, and Ernest, Lighthouse's new AI workspace for hotels, closely resembles what we designed.
A compressed validation cycle with real customers: concept interviews, internal synthesis, prototype iteration, and a follow-up session. A tested, prioritized roadmap by end of Friday.
Designed and piloted a continuous discovery framework grounded in Teresa Torres’ methodology, adapting it to Kiwi’s culture and scaling it team by team through careful stakeholder management.
Overhauled a Figma structure where context was missing or inconsistent, making design work legible to everyone who needed to read it, including engineers working without a designer in the room.
Defined a new handoff and delivery workflow through a participatory process, building shared ownership across design and engineering and reducing friction at the point where design meets development.
Led the end-to-end redesign of HP’s global cart and checkout experience across multiple markets, from research to shipped.
About
I'm a UX and Product Design Director with over a decade of experience turning design teams into strategic business partners. With a Master's in UX, a degree in Psychology, and roots in Telecommunications Engineering, I'm wired to work from human behaviour up, think in business outcomes, and make UX earn its place at the table.
I've led design across B2B SaaS, travel, and e-commerce, scaling team maturity and embedding research culture at each stage. Currently directing design strategy for Lighthouse, a B2B hospitality SaaS.
